Hardscape is the non-living elements of your landscape which  includes concrete, brick, and stone. Landscape is the living elements/plants. 

 Depending on the project, we strive to get estimates out within 3-4 business days via email. 

If a design is necessary it could take approx. 3-4 additional business days depending on the size of the project.

A hardscape and/or landscape project varies from client to client. Therefore, there is no definite time that can be generally placed. After booking your walkthrough you will receive your free estimate including a process time for your specific project. 

In some cases a permit is needed, but we will be responsible for obtaining any municipal building permits required in relation to the performance of the work.

Yes, Herron Hardscapes is fully insured. 

Yes, as long as temperatures are above freezing we are set to build. Also, the best time to transplant shrubs and trees is during fall.

No, designs are only necessary for total landscape/hardscape remodels. 

Yes, all retaining walls and patios are guaranteed for 5 years after completion.
